About this opportunity

You will complete a Certificate III in Roof Plumbing over 48 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with your Host Employer, Coastwide Engineering

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist qualified tradespeople in the installation of roofs and gutters
  • Undertake repairs to existing roofs
  • Assist in the installation of architectural wall claddings
  • Use handheld, battery operated and specialist tools of the trade to carry out tasks
  • Conduct pre and post site inspections and carry out site cleaning tasks
  • Assist in general duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence and ability of an apprentice

  • Physically capable to withstand the working environment
