What you’ll be doing…
You will complete a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with the Host Employer.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist process specialists with the daily manufacturing operations
  • Work with a variety of horticultural tools and equipment such as debudding machines, trimming machines and moisture metres
  • Monitor and tend to the growing of plants for business operations
  • Conduct comprehensive quality checks on the products
  • Work alongside a highly skilled and dedicated team
  • Carry out the packaging of products for distribution
  • Carry out duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence, and ability of a trainee


What you’ll bring to the table…
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following selection criteria:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to both on and off the job training
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work safely and follow instructions
  • An honest disposition
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and follow written instruction and training material
  • Current NSW Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 18 years old or over
  • Current driver’s licence (provisional accepted)
  • Willingness to take part in random drug and alcohol screenings


It will also help if you have:

  • Access to reliable transport
  • Work experience in any area/s relevant to the traineeship
