What you'll be doing…
You will complete a Certificate IV Business Administration over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with HVTC.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide administration and office support
Manage customer service delivery, via both phone and face to face customer contact
Order stationery, kitchen and office supplies
Complete data entry and records management tasks
Process purchases and basic invoicing
Provide reception coverage and welcome visitors
Support the recruitment team and recruitment activities
Liaise with internal staff across our NSW locations
Carry out general housekeeping and hygiene activities
What you'll bring to the table…
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
Demonstrated interest in Business Administration
Strong computer literacy and previous use of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with others and work as part of a team
Commitment to both on and off the job training
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexible attitude to work and strong organisational skills
Completion of a Certificate III Business Administration will be highly advantageous, but not essential
Some previous administrative experience is preferred
P1 driver's licence or higher
