This unique combination of formal education and work experience will give you the opportunity to:
Undertake general administrative duties ad hoc, inclusive of mail, filing and data entry
Provide administrative support to staff to maintain an efficiently run group
Greet and handle customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face
Work on computers to use various software tools to assist with the business operations
Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required

What you'll bring to the table…
To make the most of this opportunity you will:
Provide administration and office support
Manage customer service delivery, via both phone and face to face customer contact
Order stationery, kitchen and office supplies
Complete data entry and records management tasks
Process purchases and basic invoicing
Provide reception coverage and welcome visitors
Support the recruitment team and recruitment activities
Liaise with internal staff across our NSW locations
Carry out general housekeeping and hygiene activities
